1. Slowness and messiness

5. Document safety
As far as document security is concerned, spreadsheet documents have the ability to enter a password, right?! But what if the person forgot the password? A document can be accidentally deleted or lost in a sea of other documents, or a virus can be picked up. How do you find it then? If there is no backup, the data is lost.
